The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy is happy to offer you a 14-day money back guarantee for merchandise, but some restrictions from either The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy or the manufacturer may apply. If an incorrect item was ordered or you changed your mind about the order, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 business days of tracking number showing merchandise as delivered, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. If you received less items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it must be reported within 2 business days after delivery or carrier noted delivery. Buyers are responsible for all the return shipping cost.
Discussion and agreement with us is needed before sending back. Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode clearly visible. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and/or accessories must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise returned to our warehouse is in a non-restockable condition, we will be unable to issue a full credit. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 2 business days and an email confirmation will be sent via email. Payments made through PayPal directly from your debit card or bank account will be refunded immediately. Payments made through PayPal with a credit card will require 2 weeks to process.
